KENYA NATIONALS

1. Original document and copy issued by a competent Government Authority
2. Money order/ Cashier’s check for $ 50.00 (or equivalent in Indonesian Rupiah) Payable to Embassy of The Republic of Kenya.
3. An accompanying Request Letter is required
4. A prepaid, self-addressed (addressed from the Embassy to your own address) DHL return envelope must be submitted with all applications. Please ensure it has adequate postage.

When completed, this application should be sent to –
