Renunciation of Kenyan Citizenship

1. Form 15 completed in duplicate and notarized.
2. All documents identifying you as a citizen of Kenya i.e. your original Kenyan passport and National ID.
3. Money order/Cashiers check of US $540 (or equivalent in Indonesian Rupiah)Payable to the Embassy of Kenya.
4. Notarized Copy of the Certificate of Naturalization for other country.
5. Notarized Copy of your foreign passport.
6. Formal request letter
7. A prepaid, self-addressed (addressed from the Embassy to your own address) DHL return envelope must be submitted with each application. Please ensure it has adequate postage.
